This petition has been filed for quashing of the letter No.1003 dated 14.03.2022 whereby the petitioner has been called upon to produce the document failing which the case will be lodged against the petitioner.
Mr. Sinha, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said letter was subject matter of Contempt Case (Civil) No.192 of 2022 and in that contempt the letter dated 26.11.2022 has been filed stating that the said letter has already been recalled and in that view of the matter, this petition can be disposed of.
The learned counsel for the respondent State has not disputed this fact.
The letter dated 26.11.2022 has been produced by Mr. Sinha, the learned counsel for the petitioner has been taken on record.
IN view of the recall of the order dated 14.03.2022 in light of the letter dated 26.11.2022, this petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of as infructuous.
Interim order is vacated.
Pending petition if any also stands disposed of.
