ORDER
Ld. Resolution Professional appears. Ld. Counsel the Corporate Debtor appears.
CA(IB) No. 1500/KB/2019 is filed by the Resolution Professional u/s. 11 of the NCLT Rules, for recording settlement between the Financial Creditor and the Corporate Debtor enabling the Operational Creditor to withdraw the matter.
Being satisfied that the matter was settled out of the Tribunal and the same was reduced in writing by entering into an agreement between the parties, no purpose would be served in continuing the proceedings. Accordingly, the application is allowed. C.P. (IB) No. 1679/KB/2018 is disposed of as the matter was settled out of the Tribunal. C.A(IB) No. 1500/KB/2019 is also disposed of accordingly.
