Ld. Counsel for the Financial Creditor appears.
IA (IB) No. 294/KB/2020 came up for consideration on this day filed by the Financial Creditor under Rule 11 of the NCLT Rules, 2016 for permission to withdraw the C.P. on account of settlement between the parties. This application is not filed u/s. 12A of the Code.

Being satisfied that the matter was settled out of the Tribunal and the Ld. Counsel for the Financial Creditor has undertaken to pay the fees and costs to the Interim Resolution Professional within 1 week from today. By recording the submissions, we are allowing and disposing this application by permitting the Financial Creditor to withdraw the CP.
Hence, CP is disposed of as withdrawn vide order passed in IA (IB) No. 294/KB/2020.
