IA (IB) No. 311/KB/2020 - This is an application filed by the Operational Creditor under Rule 11 of NCLT Rules, 2016. It is submitted that the matter was settled out of the Tribunal as the Corporate Debtor has paid the full amount towards the debt due to the Operational Creditor and prays for withdrawal of the CP. The Ld. Interim Resolution Professional appears in person and submits that his fees and publication cost has already been paid to him.
Accordingly, we allow this application. The I.A. (IB) No. 311/KB/2020 is disposed of accordingly.
Therefore, C.P. (IB) No. 283/KB/2019 is disposed of as withdrawn in view of the order passed in IA(IB) No. 311/KB/2020.
