ORDER

CA(IB) No. 1543/KB/2019 is an application filed by the Operational Creditor under Rule 11 of the NCLT Rules, 2016 for permitting the Operational Creditor to withdraw the CP for the reason that the matter was settled out of the Tribunal between the Operational Creditor and the Corporate Debtor.
Ld. IRP appears and submits that despite public announcement no claim has been received from anybody and no CoC has been formed. In the meanwhile, Ld. Counsel appearing for the Corporate Debtor submits that fees and costs of the IRP is to be paid during the course of day. It is recorded.
Hence, CA is allowed. CP is advanced to this date from 26/11/2019 and applicant is permitted to withdraw the CP. Therefore, CP is disposed of as withdrawn. File is consigned to record.
