ORDER
This application is filed by RP under Section 60(5) of IBC, 2016 r.w. Rule 11 of NCLT Rules, 2016.
It is brought to our notice that RP is already served the notice upon the Respondent No. 1 through e-mail but no one appeared for the Respondent No. 1.
