This application is filed by the RP under Section 19(2) of IBC, 2016 r.w. Section 68,69,70,71,72 & 236 r.w. Rule 11 of NCLT Rules, 2016 directing the Suspended Management/Respondents to co-operate in CIRP.
We heard the learned counsel for the RP.
Learned counsel for the Suspended Management appeared and submitted that they given an undertaking and they will co-operate in CIRP.

This application is filed by the RP under Section 60(5) r.w. Rule 11 of IBC, 2016 for exclusion of certain period.
However, we heard learned counsel for the RP, he submitted that now RP will be filing an application for the liquidation.
In view of this, IA/222(MP)2022 becomes infructuous, stands disposed of.
