The prayer of the petitioners-Institution is to give it recognition to run B.Sc. Nursing Course. The respondents have constituted the Inspection Team and submitted its report, which is pending consideration. In the meanwhile, clinical particulars have also been made available by the petitioners-Institution for consideration, which have not been considered by the respondents. The petitioners-Institution has also made representation dated 4.8.2020 (Annexure P-14) with the respondents, which is pending consideration. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioners-Institution prayed that the respondents be directed to decide the representation (Annexure P-14) along with particulars appended with it in a time bound manner.
On the other hand, learned Senior Additional Advocate General, submits that the representation (Annexure P-14) of the petitioners-Institution shall be considered, in a time bound manner, in accordance with law.
Under these circumstances, we dispose of the present petition by directing the respondents to consider representation dated 4.8.2020 (Annexure P-14) and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from today. The respondents while deciding the representation of the petitioners-Institution shall also take note of the inspection report and also the clinical attachment made available by the petitioners-Institution. The petitioners - Institution, in case still feels aggrieved and dissatisfied by the order to be so passed by the respondents, shall be at liberty to approach this Court again, in accordance with law.
