This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), is filed by the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.115 of 2024 of Piler Police Station, Annamayya District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 326 read with 34 of I.P.C.
Heard arguments of Sri Shaik Afzal Mohammed, the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent-State.
Perused the record.
F.I.R. in this case was registered on 24.04.2024. Allegations do show a physical attack on the victim resulting in serious fractures to the victim.
Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that subsequent to the alleged false incident, the opposite party attacked the petitioners and caused serious injuries and that became Crime No.120 of 2024. That the alleged dispute is out of monetary transactions and these petitioners were not present at the scene of offence.
After considering all the submissions, this Court by order dated 15.10.2024 in Criminal Petition No.5204 of 2024 dismissed the anticipatory bail of these petitioners.
There are no change of circumstances to revisit the subject once again.
In the result, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.
