Judgment

This criminal petition under section 482 of the BNSS is filed by the petitioners/A36 and A37 to grant anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.324 of 2024 of Punganur Urban Police Station of Chittor District for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 191(3), 49, 61(2) read with 3(5) of the BNS.
Heard arguments of Sri P.V.Venkata Ravi Sankar, the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent/State.
The submission of the learned counsel for petitioner does indicate that on 29.10.2024 in Crl.P.Nos.6079 and 6164 of 2024, this court granted anticipatory bail to A5 and A1 in the same crime. It is undisputed that the facts on record keep the present petitioners on the same footing as that of A1 and A5. Hence, prayer is granted.
In the result, this criminal petition is allowed in the following terms:
The petitioners are directed to join the investigation.
In the event of their arrest, the petitioners/A36 and A37 shall be enlarged on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties of the like sum each to the satisfaction of the investigating officer.
The Petitioners shall mark their attendance before the investigating officer on 1st and 15th of every month between 10.00 AM and 1.00 PM for a period of three months or till filing of the charge sheet whichever is earlier.
The petitioners shall make themselves available for investigation as and when required and they shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any persons acquainted with the facts of the case to dissuade them from disclosing such facts to the court or to any police officer.
The petitioners shall not indulge in similar acts of crime.
The petitioners must regularly participate in the pre-trial and trial process without fail before the competent court.
