Judgment
Sh. Vaneet Arora, Authorized Representative appeared on behalf of the Complainant.

Respondents have not filed the reply nor they have paid cost of Rs. 5,000/- levied for delaying in filing the reply on time.
Ld. Counsel for Respondents submitted that cost shall be paid to the Complainant on next date of hearing.
Ld. Counsel for Respondents also submitted that reply is ready only the affidavit are to be attested and therefore, one week’s time may be granted to file reply before of the Authority. Respondents shall file reply within one week’s time from today with copy served on the Complainant.
Complainant may file rejoinder, if any, by 15.05.2024 with copies served on the Respondents.
Both parties are given to liberty for file their written submissions at least one week prior to the date of hearing.
