Judgment
Sh. Vivek Sofat, Complainant appeared in person.
Adv. P.P.Singh Bhati appeared on behalf of the Respondents.
Respondents have not filed reply till date although written arguments were filed on 20.09.2024.
It is noted that on 01.02.2024 the ex-parte proceedings against Respondents were set aside and Respondents were given liberty to file reply subject to cost of Rs. 5,000/- to be paid. However, Respondents have neither filed reply nor have paid the cost as imposed.
In the interest of justice last and final opportunity is granted to the Respondents to pay the cost and file reply by 10.12.2024 with advance copy served on the Complainant.
Complainant may file rejoinder, if any, by 20.12.2024 with copy served on the Respondents.
Matter be listed for final hearing on 15.01.2025 at 11:30 am.
In case the cost is not paid or reply is not filed the defense of Respondents shall be struck off.
