Ld. Counsel for the Respondents submitted that copy of the complaint and annexures thereto have not been received till date.
The office is directed to furnish a copy of the complaint along with annexures on the e-mail of the Respondents as per the Form M.
In addition to above, the notice of complaint with documents be also sent at the following e-mails furnished by the Ld. Counsel for Respondents today: “[email protected]” & “[email protected]”.
Respondents shall file reply by 25.10.2025 with copy served on the Complainant.
Complainant may file rejoinder, if any, by 05.11.2025 with copy served on the Respondents.
Matter be listed for hearing on 11.11.2025 at 11:30 am.
We notice that on 20.08.2025, a letter was received from the Complainant with a prayer to pass the ex-parte order against the Respondents for not filing the reply by 18.08.2025 as per the order dated 21.07.2025.
We are of the view that no such order can be passed, given the fact that the Respondents have not received a copy of the complaint.
Application is disposed of.
