Judgment
Sh. Pramod Gupta, one of the Complainants appeared in person.
Adv. Aashna Arora along with Sh. Sanjay Sachdeva, AR of the Respondents appeared.
No reply has been filed despite specific direction to the Respondents to file reply by 20.01.2025.
Today, Ld. Counsel for Respondents submitted that they have not received the copy of the complaint. Firstly, no such objection was taken on the last date of hearing when direction was given to file the reply; secondly, the notice of the complaint was sent through e-mail on 25.10.2024 along with an attachment carrying a copy of the complaint.
The ground taken for non-compliance with the direction of filing reply is not justifiable. Still at the request of Ld. Counsel, one more opportunity is being granted to the Respondents for filing reply.
Respondents directed to file the reply within 10 days from today with copy served on the Complainants.
Complainants may file rejoinder, if any, by 10.03.2025 with copy served on the Respondents.
