Adv. Ada Khursheed, Adv. Ganesh along with Sh. Lalit Jhamb, one of the Complainants, appeared.

Ld. Counsel for the Respondents had stated on 12.03.2024 that the copy of the complaint has been received and they need some more time to file reply. At his request matter was adjourned and further time was granted to file reply by 25.04.2024. However, the reply has not been filed till date. No justified reason given for non-compliance of direction.
In the interest of justice, one more opportunity is being granted to the Respondents to file reply by 30.06.2024 with copy served on the Complainants subject to cost of Rs. 10,000/- to be paid to the Complainants.
The Complainants may file rejoinder, if any, by 20.07.2024 with copy served on the Respondents.
