Judgment
Both the cases were heard together being of similar nature.
The Respondents had to file reply by 10.04.2022 but it has not been filed yet.
The Ld. Proxy Counsel for Sh. Aman Gupta, Counsel for the Respondents submitted that father of the Ld. Counsel Sh. Aman Gupta is not keeping well for last three weeks and therefore, reply could not be filed. Ld. Proxy Counsel seeks one week time to file reply.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for Complainant submitted that the Respondents had to file the completion certificate as per the direction of the Authority.
The Respondent shall comply with the direction as given in the last order dated 15.03.2022 with regard to filing of completion certificate.
Considering the ground on which further time is sought for filing the reply, we allow the request with direction to the Respondents to file reply by 30.06.2022. No further postponement of date will be allowed.
