Affidavit of service filed today be kept on record.
The petitioner has come up before this Court praying for expeditious disposal of OA 170 of 2025 with MA 236 of 2026.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner points out that lastly, the matter was taken up by the learned Tribunal on 16th July, 2026 and the next date of hearing has been fixed on 17th December, 2026.
We have heard learned counsel for the parties, including the learned Senior Standing Counsel for the State.
We find from the materials on record that sufficient case has been made out for expeditious disposal of the original application pending before the Tribunal along with the application for contempt.
In the circumstances, WPLRT No. 164 of 2026 is disposed of by requesting the learned Tribunal to hear and dispose of the application for contempt, being MA 236 of 2026, within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order and to conclude the hearing and dispose of the original application, being OA 170 of 2025 (LRTT), within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.
No order as to costs.
