Affidavit of service filed today be kept on record.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, we find that the original application has been kept pending since the year 2017 before the Tribunal.
3. Accordingly, WPLRT 216 of 2026 is disposed of by requesting the Second Bench of the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal to dispose of OA 1597 of 2017 (LRTT), pending before it, as expeditiously as possible, positively within June 30, 2027.

There will be no order as to costs.
