The applicant herein is working as TGT (Hindi) in Directorate of Education, GNCTD. She is aggrieved with the adverse entries made to her
Annual Confidential Report (ACR) for the years 2013-14 and 2014-15. It is pleaded that these entries were not advised to her at the relevant point of
time as was necessary as per instructions on the subject. It is only on receipt of reply to her RTI query in the year 2019, that she came to know of
such adverse entries. She made a representation on 13.09.2019 against such adverse entries. This has not been decided as yet. Hence, the OA.
Heard the matter.
Shri Surinder Kumar Gupta, learned counsel, represented the applicant and Shri Saksham Ahuja, learned counsel, appeared as proxy for Ms. Esha
Mazumdar, learned counsel for respondents.
The OA is disposed of at the admission stage itself, without going into the merits of the case, with a direction to the respondents to pass a reasoned
and speaking order on the pending representation dated 13.09.2019, within a time period of twelve weeks, under the advice to the applicant. The
applicant shall have liberty to approach tribunal if some grievance still subsists. No costs.
