Judgment
Hon’ble Mr. R.N. Singh, Member (J):
In the present OA, the applicant has challenged the order dated 25.06.2010 (Annexure A-1) vide which he was put under suspension. He has also challenged another order dated 19.05.2020 (Annexure A-2) vide which, he has again been put under suspension in spite of the fact that the applicant has been acquitted by the concerned court in the case FIR No.RC-DAI-2010-A-004.
The applicant has further challenged the OM dated 30.12.2019 (Annexure A-3) vide which, a departmental proceeding has been initiated against him.
After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant, Sh. Ashish Aggarwal seeks permission to withdraw the OA with liberty to the applicant to challenge the aforesaid impugned orders separately, in accordance with law. Permission is granted.
The OA stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as aforesaid.
