Judgment

The instant misc. application has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to make correction in the order dated 07.02.2022 passed by this Court in
S.B. Criminal Second Misc. Bail Application for Suspension of Sentence No.25/2022, as in the last para of the said order description of satisfactory
authority has been erroneously mentioned as ‘trial judge’ instead of the ‘Dy. Registrar (Judicial), Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur’. The
applicant-appellant was unable to submit bail bonds as he is in judicial custody in another case.
The prayer for correction is justified.
Accordingly, the instant criminal misc. application is allowed and it is ordered that in the order dated 07.02.2022 passed by this Court in S.B. Criminal
Second Misc. Bail Application for Suspension of Sentence No.25/2022, in the last para of the said order words “Dy. Registrar (Judicial), Rajasthan
High Court, Jodhpur’’ be read in place of words “trial judgeâ€.
This order shall be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 07.02.2022.
