The instant Criminal Misc. Application has been filed on behalf of the applicant-appellant seeking correction in the order dated 29.11.2022 passed by this court in S.B. Criminal Misc. Suspension of Sentence Application (Appeal) No.1165/2022.
In the last paragraph of the said order, due to inadvertence name of the applicant-appellant has been mentioned as ‘Pankaj @ Munendra Kumar S/o Dinesh Kumar’ instead of ‘Sunil Kumar S/o Bheraram’ as well as ‘amount of personal bond of Rs.50,000/- and two sureties of 1,00,000/-’ has been mentioned instead of ‘amount of personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/- and two sureties of Rs.50,000/- each’.
Accordingly, the instant criminal misc. application is allowed and it is ordered that in the order dated 29.11.2022 passed in S.B. Criminal Misc. Suspension of Sentence Application (Appeal) No.1165/2022, in the last paragraph of the said order, name of the applicant-appellant and the amount of personal bond & the two sureties be read as ‘Sunil Kumar S/o Bheraram’ and ‘amount of personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/- and two sureties of Rs.50,000/- each’ respectively in place of ‘Pankaj @ Munendra Kumar S/o Dinesh Kumar’ and ‘amount of personal bond of Rs.50,000/- and two sureties of Rs.1,00,000/-’.
This order shall be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 29.11.2022.
