The instant application has been filed on behalf of the accused-applicant seeking correction in the order dated 6.6.24 passed by this Court in S.B.Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 7059/2024.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the accused-applicant that the correct name of the accused-applicant is Sabir Hussain Mangtudeen Nirban S/o Mangtudeen Nirban, whereas due to inadvertence in the cause title of the bail application, the name of accused-applicant has been wrongly mentioned as Sabir Hussain @ Mangtudeen Nirban S/o Mangtudeen Nirban, thereby the same has reflected in the order dated 6.6.24 passed in the aforesaid bail application filed on behalf the applicant. Learned counsel submits that it is a bonafide mistake which deserves to be corrected.
For the reasons mentioned, the application is allowed. The name of the applicant may be read as "Sabir Hussain Mangtudeen Nirban S/o Mangtudeen Nirban" instead of "Sabir Hussain @ Mangtudeen Nirban S/o Mangtudeen Nirban" in the order dated 6.6.2024 passed in S.B.Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.7059/2024.
