Judgment
This OA has been filed seeking release of full pension, gratuity and other retiral dues along with two MACPs, which are said to have fallen due on 15.09.2006 and 15.09.2012, respectively. The applicant has stated that he superannuated on 01.08.2014. He has also stated in this OA that a criminal case is pending in the CBI Court and is fixed for further hearing on 22.03.2021. He has given several representations from 2018 onwards but he has received no reply from the respondent.
Heard. Issue notice. Shri D.S. Mahendru, learned counsel appears on advance service on behalf of respondents, receives notice.
At this stage, without entering into merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order as per rules and law on the representations of the applicant, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
There shall be no order as to costs.
