Judgment
Heard learned counsel for both the parties.
Learned counsel for the applicant Shri Praveen Kumar is submitting that interest of justice would be served if the appeal dated 15.12.2020 (Annexure No.-1 of MA. No. 1548/2021) with regard to impugned punishment order dated 18.11.2020 of the applicant pending with the respondents is directed to be decided by way of a reasoned and speaking order in a timeframe.
Learned counsels for the respondents have no objection on the same.
Accordingly, it is directed that the Competent Authority of the Respondents shall decide the Applicant's appeal dated 15.12.2020 (Annexure No.-1 of MA. No. 1548/2021), by way of a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of 03 (Three) months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. The decision shall be communicated to the applicant forthwith.
It is made clear that no comments as to merits of the case have been passed.
Original Application is disposed of accordingly.
No costs.
