Judgment
Heard learned counsel for both the parties.
At the outset, Ld. Applicant Counsel is submitting that the interest of justice would be served if the representations dated 02.05.2016 and January, 2018 (Annexure Nos. A-4 and A-5) of the applicant pending with the respondents is directed to be decided by way of a reasoned and speaking order in a timeframe.
Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection on the same.
Accordingly, it is directed that the Competent Authority of the amongst respondents shall decide the applicant's representations dated 02.05.2016 and January, 2018 (Annexure Nos. A-4 and A-5) by way of a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of 02 (Two) months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. The decision shall be communicated to the applicant forthwith.
It is made clear that no comments as to merits of the case have been passed.
Original Application is disposed of accordingly.
No costs.
