Adv. Anurag Saxena and Adv. Sonica Ghosh appeared along with both the Complainants in person.
None appeared on behalf of the Respondents.
Complainants were directed to file amended hard copy of the complaint.
The Complainants had amended the Form M accordingly and the title of the complaint has been changed. However, the hard copy of the complaint still bears the name of only one Complainant.
Ld. Counsel for Complainants submitted that he will file hard copy of the complaint within two days along with Vakalatnama duly signed by both the Complainants.

The Respondents were given last and final opportunity to file reply by 30.07.2024. However, they have not filed their reply till date.
In view of the repeated absence of the Respondents and failure to file reply as per the directions, the Respondents are proceeded ex-parte.
