Adv. Asif Ali appeared on behalf of the Complainant.

Notice of complaint was sent to the Respondents at all the addresses available on the record as well as fresh address which was submitted by Ld. Counsel for Complainant later on.
The notice sent by post at the three addresses received back unserved. However, notice sent at the address C-01/43, DDA, EWS Flats, Dwarka-23B, Delhi-110077 not received back.
Notice of complaint was also sent to the Respondents through e-mail as well.
Since the notice sent by post is not received back therefore it is deemed to be served on the addressee. The e-mail on which the notice was sent to the Respondents has also not bounced back therefore notice of complaint deemed to be served on Respondents.
Respondents have neither appeared nor filed reply as directed on the last order.
In the interest of justice one more opportunity is granted to file reply by 15.03.2024 with copy served on the Complainant.
Complainant may file rejoinder, if any, by 30.03.2024 with copy served on the Respondents.
