Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently the present petition has been filed with a patent error and the original order passed by the State Commission which makes the petitioner aggrieved has been omitted to be challenged. Request has been made to grant permission to withdraw the present petition in order file a better petition.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file another petition as the petitioner may be advised in accordance with law within four weeks from today.
It may further be observed that the period taken for filing the present petition shall not be counted towards the period of limitation.
The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to all parties in the petition and to their learned counsel. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
