Learned counsel for the petitioners submits, on instructions, that defects have been as pointed out by the Registry could not be cured and she may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a better petition without defects within three months from today.
In the wake of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the instant petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a better petition within a period of three months from today.
However, in the interest of justice, it may be further observed that the time taken from today onwards to file another petition shall not be counted towards the period of limitation if the same is filed within 3 months from today.
The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to the parties in the petition and to the learned counsel for the petitioners within three days. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission within three days.
