Vide this MA, the applicant seeks to withdrew the present OA with liberty to approach Hon'ble High Court of Delhi. Counsel for the respondents has no objection to withdrawal of the TA. However, it is submitted that the appropriate course for the applicant will be to make representation before the Competent Authority and in case the applicant is found eligible, then subject to verification appropriate orders will be passed by the Competent Authority. Counsel for the applicant submits that she will adopt this course first and in case of need, she will approach Hon'ble High Court of Delhi.
That being so, liberty is granted to the applicant to withdraw the present OA and to make appropriate representation before the Competent Authority who shall dispose of the representation within 8 weeks and in case the applicant still feels aggrieved he will be at liberty to approach Hon'ble High Court.
With these observations, MA stands disposed off.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
