Judgment

The petitioner has invoked the inherent powers of this Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for clarification of order dated 28.12.2020 passed in
M.Cr.C. No.49609 of 2020 granting him bail.
Grievance of the petitioner is that the Trial Court has refused to release him on bail considering that his name is nowhere mentioned in the aforesaid
order of this Court.
This Court has granted bail to the petitioner Sana-ur-Rehman vide the aforestated order dated 28.12.2020 passed in M.Cr.C. No.49609/2020. As
the bail was granted considering the parity of the case of the petitioner with the case of co-accused Habib-ur-Rehman, therefore, except in the cause
title of the order, the name of the petitioner is not mentioned in the content of the order.
It is verified from the record of M.Cr.C. No.49609/2020 that vide order dated 28.12.2020 the bail was granted to the petitioner - Sana-ur-Rehman,
therefore, the petition is allowed.
It is made clear that vide order dated 28.12.2020 passed in M.Cr.C. No.49609/2020 the bail was granted to the petitioner - Sana-ur-
Rehman S/o Abdul Rehman in Crime No.707/2020 registered at Police Station - Mahakal, Ujjain under Sections 307, 324, 323, 294,
506 /34 of IPC.
This order shall be read conjointly with the order dated 28. 12.2020 passed in M.Cr.C. No.49609/2020.
With the aforesaid clarification, the petition stands allowed and disposed off.
