Judgment

The advocates are abstaining from work on account of the call given by the State Bar Council.
Father of the petitioner - Shri Hemraj Lodhi appears in person on behalf of the petitioner.
This petition under section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 16/03/2023 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 7491/2023, whereby, this Court while granting bail to the petitioner under section 439 of Cr.P.C. due to typographical error, father's name of the petitioner has been wrongly mentioned as Ashok Lodhi, whereas, the correct father's name of the petitioner is Hemraj Lodhi.
In view of the averments made in the petition, which is supported by an affidavit, this petition is allowed. The father's name of the petitioner "Ashok Lodhi" mentioned in the order dated 16/03/2023 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 7491/2023 be read as "Hemraj Lodhi".
The remaining part of the order dated 16/03/2023 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 7491/2023 shall remain intact.
This order shall be read conjointly with the order dated 16/03/2023 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 7491/2023.
A copy of this order be kept in the docket of M.Cr.C. No. 7491/2023.
