It is submitted that earlier M. Cr. C. No.50019/2020 was filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the applicants, who have been
arrested in connection with Crime No.555/2020, registered at Police Station Bina, Distt. Sagar (MP), for the offences punishable under Sections 147,
148, 149, 341, 326, 323, 324, 294 & 506 of the IPC, which was allowed vide order dated 21.12.2020 and applicants were directed to be released on
bail, but due to inadvertence in the cause title of the petition the father's name of applicants Suresh Ahirwar and Sonu Valmiki, were wrongly
mentioned as Shobharam Ahirwar and Naresh Valmiki, while their correct father's names are Nethram Ahirwar and Kanhaiyalal Valmiki
respectively. In support of his contention learned counsel for the applicants filed copy of the charge sheet, arrest memos etc of concerning applicants.
After perusal of documents filed on behalf of the applicants and the cause title of M. Cr.C. No.50019/2020, it is clear that correct father's names of
applicants Suresh Ahirwar and Sonu Valmiki are Nethram Ahirwar and Kanhaiyalal Valmiki respectively.
Therefore, this petition is allowed and it is directed that the father's names of applicants Suresh Ahirwar and Sonu Valmiki in the cause title of M. Cr.
C. No.50019/2020 be read as ""Suresh Ahirwar S/o Nethram Ahirwar and Sonu Valmiki S/o Kanhaiyalal Valmiki."" The order passed on 21.12.2020 in
M.Cr. C. No.50019/2020 shall remain unchanged.
With the aforesaid modification, this M. Cr. C. stand allowed and disposed of accordingly.
