Honourable Mr. Justice J.C. Upadhyaya

1.

Heard Mr. Mansuri, learned advocate for Mr. Hakim, learned advocate for the applicant and perused the contents of the restoration applications. It transpires that the appeals came to be dismissed for want of removal of office objections. Having considered the submissions advanced by Mr. Mansuri, learned advocate for Mr. Hakim, learned advocate for the applicant, so also considering the averments made in these applications, which are supported by affidavit of learned advocate for the applicant and further considering the fact that Mr. Mansuri, learned advocate for the applicant assures that the requisite office objections shall be removed within two weeks, upon such assurance being given, the instant applications are allowed in terms of paragraphs 6(A) and (B) and the appeals are ordered to be restored on the condition that the office objections, if any, shall be removed within two weeks with further direction that no more time shall be given. Accordingly, both these applications stand disposed of.
