ORDER
IA-1279/ND/2021:
This is an application filed by IRP under Section 12A of the Code. Learned Counsel for IRP states that the parties have amicably settled the matter by executing settlement agreement on 08.03.2021. The copy of settlement agreement is annexed. The copy of Form-FA being the consent of Applicant is also annexed. Mr.Pawan Kumar Goel IRP makes a statement that no dues are pending against IRP fees/expenses. He further makes statement that no further claims have been received and CoC is not constituted. Considering the submissions made and documents on record, let the copy of this order be served on ROC to reflect the status of the company accordingly.
We allow the application thereby IB-3354/ND/2019 stands withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
