This application under Section 12A has been moved on behalf of Mr. Kamalpreet Singh, IRP stating the matter has been settled between the parties and no claim has been received, even the CoC was not constituted and till date no claim has been received. Therefore, the present application stands allowed. IB-261/ND/2020 stands disposed of. The present Corporate Debtor stands terminated. Learned Counsel for the IRP stated that his fees has already been paid and IRP stands discharged. Management stands restored. IRP is directed to hand over all the assets, documents and requisite information to the management.
