ORDER
IA-4346/ND/2021:
This is an application filed by IRP under Section 12A of the Code seeking withdrawal of IB-572/ND/2020. Learned Counsel for Applicant/IRP states that the order was passed initiating CIRP against Corporate Debtor on 06.09.2021. Thereafter the parties amicably settled the matter and executed settlement agreement dated 16.09.2021. Form-FA being the consent of the applicant is also annexed with the application and Settlement Agreement is also annexed. Learned Counsel for the Applicant makes a statement that nothing is due to its CIRP cost or fees of IRP. Considering the submission made and documents on record, we allow the application, thereby allow withdrawal of IB-572/ND/2020.
Application is allowed and IB-572/ND/2020 is withdrawn and disposed of.
