Learned counsel for respondent No. 5 submits that the judgment of the Writ Court stands complied with and he has already filed the compliance report with the Registry of this Court today but the same has not come on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received the copy of the compliance report.
Learned counsel for respondent No. 5 has produced a copy of communication dated 26.02.2023 addressed by the Principal Accountant General (A&E), J&K UT Jammu to the Commissioner Secretary to Government Department of Irrigation and Flood Control, J&K (U.T.), wherein it has been clearly mentioned that as per directions of the Writ Court, the conditions imposed on the revised pension authorities stand treated as waived off in the instant case.
In view of the above, the judgment of the Writ Court stands complied with and therefore, no case for proceedings against the respondent is made out. The contempt petition is disposed of.
