Judgment
P. Sam Koshy, J
Alleging non compliance of the order dated 14.05.2018 passed by this court in WPS No.3534 of 2018, the present contempt petition has been filed.
The direction given by this court in the said writ petition was to scrutinize the case of the petitioner and to consider grant of pension in accordance
with guidelines issued by the Finance Department dated 28.02.2018.
Shri Mazid Ali, Advocate, enters appearance on behalf of respondent No.2 and submits that so far as pension for applicant No.1 is concerned, that
has already been processed and released and so far as the case of other applicants are concerned, it has already been recommended and forwarded
and it is under active consideration and their entitlement may also be finalized.
On the said undertaking made by the counsel for the applicant No.2, this court is of the opinion that at this juncture no contempt is made out.
Accordingly, reserving the right of the applicants to revive in case if there is non compliance within a further reasonable period, the contempt
petition stands disposed of.
