This Original Application is registered on the basis of the letter petition received from one Sahaj Karan Singh raising the grievance that in Nizamuddin East and Jangpura, New Delhi at least nine trees have been concretized and the concerned officials have not taken any steps till now to de-concretize them, though the complaints were made. It is the case of the applicant that it is necessary to de-concretize these trees to save them.

We are of the view that the grievance raised by the applicant needs to be expeditiously considered by the Deputy Conservator of Forests (DCF), South. DCF, South will get the correct position ascertain in respect of concretization of the above disclosed trees and take appropriate expeditious action to de-concretize them, if the allegation of the applicant is found to be correct.

DCF, South will submit an action taken report within two months before the Registrar General of the Tribunal by e-mail at [email protected] preferably in the form of searchable PDF/OCR Support PDF and not in the form of Image PDF and if found necessary the matter will be listed before the Tribunal for consideration.

OA is accordingly disposed of.

A copy of this order, along with a copy of the petition, be forwarded to the DCF, South by e-mail for necessary action.
