It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that compliance of order dated 21.10.2022 could not be made as the client is not providing legible copies of the invoices. Even the amended memo of parties has not been filed. On the last date of hearing none appeared on behalf of petitioner, however, today Mr. Bhrigu Agnihotri, Advocate is present but he has shown his inability to comply with the order because of the conduct of the petitioner. In these circumstances, it seems that the petitioner is not interested to persue the present petition. Therefore, the present petition is dismissed for non-compliance of order dated 01.08.2022.
