Judgment
It is seen from the file that vide order dated 13.01.2022, Registry was directed to issue notice to learned counsel for the petitioner for his appearance as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and since, the file was not taken up for last few dates of hearing. On the last date of hearing i.e. on 01.04.2022, it was submitted by learned proxy counsel for the petitioner that parties have arrived at a settlement and some time may be granted for placing on record the settlement agreement. However, today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In these circumstances, it seems that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition and therefore, the present petition is ordered to be dismissed for want of prosecution.
