O R D E R

Ld. Counsel on both sides present.

It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the parties that the matter has been settled at Rs.10,05,325/-. Ld. Counsel for the Corporate Debtor has handed over two cheques bearing no.434652 dated 17/05/2022 for Rs.5,05,325/- and no.434653 dated 24/05/2022 for Rs.5,00,000/-, both drawn on Punjab National Bank, Chowringhee (Kolkata) West Bengal 700071. These two cheques have been accepted by the Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of the Operational Creditor on instruction from the Operational Creditor. As soon as the two cheques are encashed, the CP(IB)1952(KB)2019 shall be withdrawn.
