As per Registry report dated 05.04.2023, the notice sent to the applicant has been received unserved with the remark that the applicant was not found upon the given address The address was mentioned as it is from the OA. Therefore, it appears that the service upon the applicant is not possible. He is not residing at the address given in the OA. Therefore, in the absence of applicant the OA No.142 of 2011 is dismissed in default.
