Judgment

Mr. Bhat Fayaz Ahmad, learned counsel for the applicant, and Mr. Bikram Deep Singh, learned counsel for the respondents are present.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that in terms of order No. SSB/Sel/Secy/2021/8412-17 dated 04.12.2021 two candidates - one each for Anantnag and Baramulla had been approved for the appointment to the post of Radiographic Technician for GMC Baramulla and GMC Anantnag. Accordingly, in terms of order dated 25.05.2022 appointment order has been issued by GMC Baramulla whereas GMC Anantnag has not done the same in case of the applicant and this is what he is aggrieved of. Learned counsel for the applicant further pleads that Principal GMC, Anantnag is stating that he is unable to issue an appointment order due to an SLP pending with the Hon'ble Apex Court. Although he has not given anything in writing but this is why he has not issued the appointment order in favour of the applicant.
Learned counsel for the respondents vehemently opposes, stating that this is only an apprehension of the applicant and there is no document to prove the contention of the learned counsel for the applicant.
Learned counsel for the applicant thereafter pleads that he would be satisfied if a direction is given to the respondents to consider the pending representation dated 25.05.2022 along with the contents of this O.A. by passing a speaking order within a time frame.
In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant the respondents are hereby directed to consider the pending representation of the applicant dated 25.05.2022 along with the averments made in the present O.A. and dispose of the same by passing a Reasoned and Speaking order within a period of three weeks from today. A copy of the speaking order so passed be provided to the applicant.
We have not entered into the merits of this case.
O.A./547/2022 is disposed of accordingly.
No order as to costs.
