Mr. Bhat Fayaz Ahmad, learned counsel for the applicant, and Mr. Bikram Deep Singh, learned counsel for the respondents are present.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant is an appointee of the year 2007 and vide impugned order dated 28.05.2022 some juniors of the applicant have been given I/c promotion disregarding the claim of the applicant. He further states that the applicant has already submitted a representation on 30.05.2022 but the same is yet to be disposed of. He therefore, pleads that he would be satisfied if the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the applicant along with the contents of this OA by passing a speaking order within a limited period of time, keeping in view the fact that the applicant is an appointee of 2007 whereas 2008 appointees have been given promotion vide the impugned order.

Learned counsel for the respondents is present.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant the respondents are hereby directed to consider the pending representation of the applicant dated 30.05.2022 along with the averments made in the present O.A. and dispose of the same by passing a Reasoned and Speaking order within a period of three weeks from today. A copy of the speaking order so passed be provided to the applicant.

We have not entered into the merits of this case.

O.A./548/2022 is disposed of accordingly.

No order as to costs.
