Judgment
Gita Gopi, J
Rule. Learned APP waives service of rule for the respondent- State.
This is an application by the convict, on the ground of attending marriage ceremony of his daughter.
This Court notices, from the marriage invitation card produced on record, that the marriage is scheduled to be held 30.05.2021, whereas, the other
functions commence from 28.05.2021. Since, the cause appears to be genuine, his request deserves to be acceded to.
Resultantly, this application is PARTLY ALLOWED and the convict is ordered to be released for a period of SIX DAYS only, i.e. from 29TH
MAY TO 3RD JUNE, 2021, on his furnishing a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to the satisfaction of the jail authority
concerned, on usual terms and conditions. He shall surrender before the Jail authorities on expiry of the temporary bail period, i.e. on 4TH JUNE,
2021, without fail.

also permitted, TODAY. Rule is made absolute, accordingly.
