Judgment
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner in Cr. Revision No. 913 of 2013 Ms. Rishi Bharti submits that counsel for the petitioner
has now been engaged from the side of the State and accordingly he cannot argue this case. She submits that the petitioner in Cr. Revision No. 913 of
2013 is opposite party No. 2 in Cr. Revision No. 949 of 2013.
Counsel for the petitioner in Cr. Revision No. 949 of 2013 Mr. Sudhanshu Kumar Deo is present. He is also appearing on behalf of the opposite
party No. 2 in Cr. Revision No. 913 of 2013. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner in Cr. Revision No. 949 of 2013 is aggrieved by the appellate
order. He also submits that the matter relates to conviction under Sections 354 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the fact that Mr. Ashutosh Anand has already been engaged by the State, office is directed to issue notice to the opposite party No. 2
in Cr. Revision No. 949 of 2013 and to the petitioner in Cr. Revision No. 913 of 2013 through the concerned police station so that he may engage
another counsel to represent his case before this court.
Mr. Ravi Prakash appears on behalf of the State. He is directed to seek instructions and file supplementary affidavit on behalf of the officer-in-
charge of the concerned police station of Opposite party No. 2 in Cr. Revision No. 949 of 2013 and the petitioner in Cr. Revision No. 913 of 2013.
Affidavit of service of notice should be filed latest by 04.01.2021.
Post this case on 06.01.2021 for 'Final Disposal'.
