Justice L. Narasimha Reddy, Chairman:
The applicant filed OA No.2624/2019 stating that there is anomaly in her pay structure. The OA was disposed of on 03.09.2019 directing the respondents to pass orders on the representation made by the applicant. This contempt case is filed alleging that the respondents did not comply with the order.
We heard Ms. Karishma Singh for Shri Umesh Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. Esha Mazumdar, learned counsel for the respondents.
The only direction issued to the respondents in the OA was to pass an order on the representation made by the applicant. Though with some delay, the respondents passed a detailed order on 18.03.2021. In view of this, the order in the OA stands complied with. The contempt case is closed.
